At Helinox Canada, we stand by the quality of our premium outdoor gear and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all products are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid Canada Post return label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
